I entered this industry as a title processor and notary, learning the ins and outs of the administrative side. In 2016, I promoted myself to a realtor, so I could once again be on the frontline with you, the reason why I love what I do. My dreams of starting my own brokerage have finally come to fruition in 2020. With the creation of Florida Breeze Realty, I am also creating a culture built around the priorities of my clients.

Let me begin by introducing myself; my name is Muhammad Yahya Chhotani. But people call me Yahya for short. I am a licensed realtor in the state of Florida. I have lived in Florida for the past 3 years and absolutely love it. Growing up, fishing has been one of my favorite hobbies, and now I live in the fishing capital of the world! I am very grateful and fortunate to be able to live a life doing the things that I love, including my hobbies and work.
I have been working in sales for about 15 years now. Currently, I am pursuing my passion for work in the real estate world. The real estate industry is so vast and can be an amazing market for buyers/sellers, investors, wealth, and estate building. On a side note, I am a fitness fanatic who also loves food. So during my time off, you'll find me enjoying my workouts, exploring nature, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. On Sunday mornings, I love kayaking, and it is quite refreshing and a great way to clear the mind. It also makes me feel less guilty about eating pancakes later, haha.
